BODYWORK

For existing clients, I provide therapeutic massage and āyurvedic bodywork therapies. Come as you are and be held in deep relaxation and rejuvenation. My intention is to help you feel deeply nourished and revitalized without forcing anything to happen.

YOGA

Learn how to come back home, to your Self. Go deeply inward in one-on hands-on yoga therapy sessions where you are held and supported to deeply release old layers of tension around your spine and pelvis. This is true spinal release and not stretching.
